近年来在匈牙利中医药舞台上，有这样一个人。他身兼数职，热心公益，业余时间几乎都奉献给了他所热爱的中医药事业，重要活动期间常常加班加点甚至通宵达旦，为中医药在海外的传播辛勤奉献。他就是‘一带一路”中医传播的践行者——夏林军。

During important activities, he often works overtime or even overnight, and is dedicated to the spread of overseas Chinese medicine. He is the practitioner of overseas Chinese medicine communication - Linjun Xia.

1994年初，事业前途一帆风顺的夏林军面临着人生重大诀择。因家庭原因他必须在出国和留在国内二者间作出选择。“出国到海外传播中医的机会并不是人人都有的。”正是家人的这句话，让他毅然决定放下国内的一切，选择了＂出国传播中医＂。就这样，夏林军怀揣着梦想来到匈牙利。

At the beginning of 1994, Linjun Xia, who had a smooth career prospect, faced a major decision in life. For family reasons, he must choose between going abroad and staying in the country. "The opportunity to spread Chinese medicine abroad to overseas is not for everyone." It was the words of the family that made him resolutely decide to let go of everything in the country and chose "spread traditional Chinese medicine to overseas." In this way, Linjun Xia came to Hungary with his dreams.

然而，梦想是美好的，现实却是残酷的。“刚来的时候，我在国外连行医资格都没有，更别说行中医了。我只能在一家老外开的诊所里从事推拿按摩工作。”夏林军说。就这样，夏林军从＂团委书记＂变身为一名＂打工仔＂，身份角色的转换，让他内心承受着巨大的压力。工作合同期满后，他便婉言谢绝了老板开出的更优厚的待遇，在异国他乡开始了自己的创业生涯。

However, the dream is good, but the reality is cruel. "When I first came, I didn't even have the qualifications to practice medicine abroad, let alone Chinese medicine practitioners. I can only work in a massage clinic in a foreigner's clinic." Linjun Xia said. In this way, he changed from a "community secretary" to a "wage earner", and the transformation of his identity role put him under tremendous pressure. After the expiration of the work contract, he swears that he has declined the more generous treatment offered by the boss and started his own entrepreneurial career in a foreign country.

“中医在海外行医与国内最大的区别，是不能使用任何西医疗法和西药，只能依靠纯中医的方法和手段取得疗效。“夏林军深知，能否在海外立足和生存，关键在于疗效。一段时间的医疗实践他发现，在辨证准确、选穴得当前提下，“针刺得气”、“气至病所”是针刺临床取效的关健。为此，他把主要精力都放在研究针刺手法上，一有空闲就查阅古籍，苦心揣摩，守神练针，在自己身上体验各种针法的操作和针感。经过一段时间的反复训练和临床实践，他的针刺手法日臻完善，尤其在使用复式针法通经接气方面积累了独到的经验和感悟。

"The biggest difference between Chinese medicine practitioners and overseas medicine is that they cannot use any Western medical method and western medicine. They can only rely on pure Chinese medicine methods and means to achieve curative effect." He knows that the key to success and survival in overseas is the efficacy. After a period of medical practice, he found that in the accurate identification of syndromes and the selection of the current points, "acupuncture and qi" and "qi to the disease" are the key to acupuncture clinical effectiveness. To this end, he focused his energies on the study of acupuncture techniques. When he was free, he consulted ancient books, practiced acupuncture, and experienced the operation and sense of needles in his own body. After a period of repeated training and clinical practice, his acupuncture techniques have been perfected day by day, especially in the use of the double needle method to gain experience and insight.

 

 

就这样，夏林军在当地治愈无数疑难杂症，解决了许多西医无法解决的问题，精湛的医术让他闻名遐迩。慕名前来求诊的患者除了当地居民，还有来自奥地利、德国、斯洛伐克等周边国家的民众。夏林军以仁心仁术为传统中医赢得了良好口碑。

旅匈不久夏林军就发现，当地民众对中医保健知识非常匮乏，许多疾病本可以通过调整饮食和生活起居就能预防，可是民众没有这方面的知识。为此，他通过举办讲座、义诊咨询、互联网问答等多种形式向当地民众宣传中医保健知识，受到当地民众欢迎。

Soon after, Linjun Xia discovered that local people have very little knowledge about Chinese medicine health care. Many diseases can be prevented by adjusting diet in daily life, but the public does not have this knowledge. To this end, he promoted Chinese medicine health knowledge to local people through various lectures, consultations, Internet questions and answers, and was welcomed by the local people.

 

 

自 2012 年起，他受聘匈牙利首都医科大学－赛梅尔维斯大学客座教授，承担中医本科教学工作。作为匈牙利最具声望和威信的医学研究和教育机构，能够把中医教学引入进来，可以说是中匈两国教育合作的丰硕成果，这其中也包含着夏林军等 5 位任课中医博士多年来的辛勤付出。

Since 2012, he has been employed as a visiting professor at the University of the Hungarian Capital Medical University - Semelvis University, where he is responsible for undergraduate teaching of Chinese medicine. As the most prestigious and prestigious medical research and educational institution in Hungary, it is able to introduce Chinese medicine teaching. It can be said that the educational cooperation between China and Hungary is fruitful. This includes the hard work of five doctors of Chinese medicine, such as Xia Linjun.

任教期间，他面临的最大挑战是如何把中医深奥难懂的古代语言准确翻译成匈牙利语，如何让当地学生真正理解中医的文化内涵。为了备好每一堂课，他需要付出大量时间和精力，查资料、翻词典，虚心向专业翻译和当地人士请教相关专业词汇，力求准确向洋弟子们传授中医的理论精髓。同时，他注重教学方法灵活多样，注重对学生实践能力的培养，特别是注重联系临床实际。他讲的课生动形象，学生们非常喜欢听。

During his teaching career, the biggest challenge he faced was how to accurately translate the ancient Chinese language, which is difficult to understand, into Hungarian. How to make local students truly understand the cultural connotation of Chinese medicine. In order to prepare for each class, he needs to spend a lot of time and energy, consult the materials, turn the dictionary, humbly ask professional translators and local people to consult relevant professional vocabulary, and strive to accurately teach the theoretical essence of Chinese medicine to foreign disciples. At the same time, he pays attention to the flexible and diverse teaching methods, paying attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability, especially focusing on the connection with clinical practice. The class he spoke was vivid and the students liked it very much.

 

 

春华秋实，夏林军和几位中医博士多年来的辛勤耕耘结出硕果，中匈中医药教育合作项目受到两国政府的高度重视。2014 年在中国总理李克强和匈牙利总理欧尔班共同见证下，两国政府签署《中医药领域合作意向书》，提出在匈牙利建立中国－中东欧中医药中心，中心的选址就设在夏林军任教的赛梅尔维斯大学健康科学院。

Time flies, Linjun Xia and several Chinese doctors have worked hard for many years, and the China-Hungary Chinese Medicine Education Cooperation Project has been highly valued by the governments of the two countries. In 2014, witnessed by Chinese Premier Keqiang Li and Hungarian Prime Minister Orban, the two governments signed the "Intention Letter of Cooperation in the Field of Chinese Medicine" and proposed to establish a China-Central and Eastern European Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hungary. The center is located at the University of Semelvis.

一路走来，他不忘初心，矢志笃行，努力践行着海外中医传播的那份梦想。虽然历经艰难曲折，却也收获了属于自己的精彩，让他的海外人生变得更加有意义。
